"Forest Park" has been developed in strict compliance with regulations in force both from an urbanistic and environmental point of view. Furthermore, the park has obtained the authorisation necessary to carry out fun and sports activities in a natural environment and has taken out the insurance necessary to guarantee the protection of its users.
Access to the adventure park is subject to the reading of the rules and such rules are accepted by means of a signature. On termination of the stay a release form must be signed following proper execution of the rules.
Each user with access to the fixtures and fittings must be equipped with safety equipment beforehand. The safety kit comprises:
- Belt equipped with energy dissipator and relevant clips;
- Double pulley;
- Protective helmet;
- Special gloves.
Groups are accompanied by a safety operator to the area where there is a "briefing" on the rules to observe for the duration of the course. Following a short lesson on the theory each user may then begin with the "practical aspect", together with the assistant and under his/her control, using the acquired techniques. Following this, the user may continue on his/her own, at the discretion of the instructor.
Each section of the course is built on a "safe-line" which is a safety rope indicated by a red mark.
As part of the guidelines on the use of the fixtures, as is in the briefing course, the user is informed that he/she should always be positioned securely on the aerial ropeways to the safety rope by means of the pulley. This information is also presented on the signs accompanying each obstacle course.
For vertical itineraries and therefore ascent and descent, the safety rope is substituted by other safety devices, such as descent or blocking mechanisms, apparatus to prevent falls by means of automatic rolls or simple loops of rope to act as an anchor to the clips of the belt.
All persons in charge are specifically trained in all constructive and necessary safety procedures in case of emergency.
